Spelling the word "Rules" as "Rulz" is how you stick it to the man(The government).
The man loves his rules, the man loves to control.

The word Rulz is a concise symbol of defiance. One of the few symbols we have. All it takes is one word, to show those with the rules what you think of them.

When we say Rulz, we use it as an insult on rules, because we consider those rules irrelevant, unworthy and outright snobbish.
